God bless you! That is amazing!! And that was exactly what I was waiting for!!

Can I have a little question before the next post? It’s about the DEMO.
Many unsigned bands and artists record demos in order to obtain a recording contract. Demos are usually sent to record labels in hopes that the artist will be signed onto the label’s roster and allowed to record a full-length album in a professional recording studio. However, large record labels usually ignore unsolicited demos that are sent to them by mail; artists generally must be more creative about getting the demos into the hands of the people who make decisions for the record company.

So my question is… how to get the DEMO into the hands of people who make decisions for the record company? How to get discovered or who to contact with? Any idea for the singers who live outside USA and want to get into the american music industry?

And another important question: how should this demo be recorded?I heard that songwriters’ and publishers’ demos are recorded with minimal instrumentation – usually just an acoustic guitar or piano, and the vocalist. Is it enough?Or should it already be the result of cooperation with producers and sound engineers?

Please, if it’s possible mention about it in one of the next posts. It’s a very important think for many of us.

Thank you once more for an inspiring post and care Marcus :) We all appreciate that.
